Pew Center on Global Climate Change - The Pew Center on Global Climate Change was established in 1998 as a non-profit, non-partisan and independent organization. Its Board of Directors includes Kenneth Arrow and Klaus Töpfer.
Global Oceanographic Data Archaeology and Rescue Project - The Global Oceanographic Data Archaeology and Rescue Project, or GODAR Project was established to increase the volume of historical oceanographic data available to climate change and other researchers. The project attempts to locate ocean profile and plankton data sets not yet in digital form, digitizes these data, and ensures their submission to national data centers and the World Data Center system (WDC).
Global climate - Global climate is a concept that has never been defined, but roughly speaking it is meant to express the average temperature, average precipitation, average intensity of winds and similar features of Earth's atmosphere and the whole planet's surface. This general notion is intended to describe the climate variability in general, without dealing with the details of weather and local climate.
Center for Global Development - The Center for Global Development (CGD) is a think tank focused on reducing global poverty and inequality, headquartered in Washington, D.C.

Currently, he is Editor of the predicted effects of climate change on ecosystems, agriculture, sea level, human health and infrastructure A range of case studies from North America, Europe, Australasia, and elsewhere A discussion of proposed actions at the individual, national and international levels to reduce climate change or its impacts This book is an ideal text for courses in global climate change, the greenhouse effect, and other environmental issues. "Climate Change: Causes, Effects, and Solutions, is divided into three main sections: Climate Change: Past, Present, and Future; Ecological Effects of Climate Change. In response, our planet is warming at an unprecedented rate, and ecosystems are already changing. NCDC has satellite weather images back to 1960. Over the past two centuries, the testimony of rocks has slowly revealed the Earth's deep prehistory and now scarcely a week passes without an important new discovery adding to our understanding of life's beginning and evolution. The Center has more than 150 years of data on hand with 224 gigabytes of new information added each day. This book addresses civilization s most important environmental challenge: climate change. What areas of research show the greatest promise? Professor Thompson has published widely on instabilities, bifurcations, catastrophe theory and human welfare.
